Based on a play called The Audience by Peter Morgan, Netflix's new 10-part series The Crownfollows the intertwining stories of Buckingham Palace and 10 Downing Street during the 20th century, examining the Queen's (played by Claire Foy) private and public life as well as her political allegiances. Matt Smith also stars, taking the tole of Prince Philip.
The Crown will be available to watch on Netflix later this year.
